So the idea is to change admins by voting every month 5-6 guys that would like and worth to be admins.
I post this because of the lag of presence,not very helpful and to be fair to everyone that would like to give more time to help other people.
(The idea wasnt only mine but and from other members who approved it)

i agree, i forgot my password, but this is the_levitator.the admins right now arent on very often and can sometimes be unhelpfull.

they are just never on so we need new admins based on what they have done for the server and how much they have help people of the server

This doesnt make sense, why would we change every few weeks for inexperienced staff members when we could have experienced permenant ones  and we've already decided on our next group of staff members xD |

I dont like the idea. That means it is more stressful for Sid and Tyla to pick new staff. Also it wont give players enough time to experience being staff.  |

People are busy in real life. Minecraft does not revolve around them. In Pyro's case he had to leave for a while due to school. And they are very helpful. By unhelpful if you mean they wont build something for you, that's not their job.

Its hard choosing staff that we know will be dedicated to the server. I would rather wait and get to know people to see if they would make good staff thsn throw everyone into being staff, a lot of things can go wrong with that and we've made that mistake before and i dont plan on letting it happen again, last time we lost good players because of it.

i dont think they should be changed every month but be chosen on whether or not they are active enough like i believe alex and trap would be good as well as Hokus and Judo. but everymonth is like being king for a day :/ u work up to be admin but you only get it for a month:/

Hokus has been staff. Trap is staff, and i think staff should show maturity
